My Girlfriend and I stayed the weekend at the Tropicana Laughlin and frequented this place for breakfast and a dinner! Great choice by any means!
The food was simply great, the best chicken fried steak I have ever had! In addition, the customer service was always on point and the servers always were sure to acknowledge us from our previous dining time!
Keep up the great job everyone! -

(STOP BEWARE OF THIS PLACE PHOTO TO SHOW )
There was five in our party for breakfast. My wife and son had The steak and eggs, I had the Denver omelette with hashbrowns, my daughter-in-law had French toast and my grandson had pancakes . When we got the food I took a bite of the Omelette it was just disgusting. I took a bite of the hash brown and it was disgusting and tasted like Old oil . My wife said her steak actually tasted like meat had gone bad. When it comes to my son, he will eat anything but he could not eat this food either. My daughter-in-law ate half of her French toast gave the bacon to my wife because she was hungry. My wife has fasting hypoglycemia and has to eat or she will actually pass out, she had to eat something to avoid the drop in her blood sugar. when the waiter came by and asked how we were doing I said I can't eat this shit and she walked away. The manager came out and asked us what was wrong, and I said this was horrible no one can eat it. I asked her to take a bite she wouldn't why not then she proceeded to give us a discount on food that was sitting on the table that came to $82 and gave us a $48 bill. I said I was not paying for food I could not eat. I asked the blonde , don't know her name but there's a photo of her, if there was a manager above her and she said no I would have to call her I said can you she went in the back and another woman came out that was the manager above her, but she wasn't there humm besides rotten food they were liars , rude , and from reading other reviews after the fact this must be a normal occurrence. After arguing with them for awhile I ended up paying them for the food it wasn't worth it $38 after wasting two hours at this restaurant , if I had to do it again
I would have walked out and not paid. they should've just told us to leave because they know their food is that bad if they won't put it in their mouth how do they expect you to eat it oh and by the way please see the photos as you will see a fly on the plate this is good practice and there are also pictures of the two managers that we dealt with . I don't believe I have ever had food this bad and with this bad of service in one place and I have plenty of reviews you will not find one this bad . this place should be shut down. Please see my photos of the food and the service ... There is Carnegie's deli in the mirage in Las Vegas that me and my wife go to you every time were in Vegas which is two or three times a year and we love it there read my reviews on it... we thought it would be the same experience but it was exact opposite hope this review save someone from getting food poisoning I truly believe that meat was rotten...... -

Amber (Manager on duty)and Charmene (waitress)are spot on professional. As an individual who works in the restaurant industry I appreciate their collective strengths. One of the most welcoming was both their smiles. It added to the overall experience my group of three had. The food was delicious, hot, and cooked to desired doneness. We are actually coming back this evening to see this incredible staff and fill out bellies once again. First time in Laughlin, not the last time here. Thank you Amber for running your staff with a genuine smile, and charismatic professionalism. Give her a raise management! God bless.

Waitress Janeth was amazing. Was very honest with the wait, her recommendations on food was excellent. Prices are decent. The steak sandwich was a delish.

The breakfast is good, I would never order a burger there again, it's the size of something on a dollar menu & sent it back once because it was way to done, ordered another one medium, came well done again & the wrong cheese, if you dine there do yourself a favor & make sure Sydney is your server, sweetest waitress in Laughlin
Brewhouse is better food !
